About
I’m a physiotherapist based in East Grinstead, providing individual assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adults, children and teenagers. My clinical work covers everyday musculoskeletal problems through to sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and more complex or persistent pain.
My background has a strong focus on sport and rehabilitation, working with athletes across a range of levels alongside my private clinical practice. This experience has shaped the way I work: understanding what matters to you, identifying what may be contributing to the problem and creating a realistic plan to help you return to the activities that are important to you.
Alongside general physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, I have a particular clinical interest in TMD, TMJ and jaw pain, headaches and associated neck and facial symptoms. Treatment is tailored to the individual and may include hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, education, acupuncture, dry needling or soft tissue techniques where appropriate.
I treat a wide range of problems including back and neck pain, shoulder and knee injuries, muscle and tendon problems, sporting injuries and rehabilitation following surgery. I also work with children and teenagers, particularly those experiencing sports injuries, growth-related pain or movement problems.
My approach is thorough and collaborative. I’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, goals and concerns rather than simply treating the painful area. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what we’re working on and a plan for progressing your recovery.
Whether your goal is getting back to sport, returning to the gym, managing an ongoing problem or simply moving with less pain, treatment is focused on helping you make meaningful, sustainable progress.
